Step three: Capital Campaign
Integrity Fundraising realizes that you, your staff, and your board members have full-time jobs. Neither you nor they work 40 hours per week. Instead, work weeks of 50, 60 or more hours have become the norm, which makes undertaking a major fundraising effort a daunting task.
Unlike many firms, Integrity Fundraising provides full-time, on-site, all-encompassing campaign management. With strategic assistance from board members and other community leaders, our team will:
- Refine your program according to what was learned during the feasibility study;
- Create the campaign plan, budget, and time table;
- Provide a detailed, outcomes-based ROI Analysis;
- Develop a detailed Case Statement;
- Establish a campaign marketing plan to keep visibility high;
- Research, identify and evaluate prospects;
- Enlist campaign leaders beyond the Board of Directors;
- Solicit at least 125 to 150 key prospects with strategic help from campaign leaders on those with the most potential;
- “Make the ask” every time;
- Coordinate a high-profile Campaign Kickoff;
- Complete most solicitations with minor volunteer participation;
- Conduct an extensive two-day phone campaign or direct mail campaign to broaden your base of support;
- Track all campaign pledges in a customized database;
- Mail thank you notes and acknowledgement letters summarizing pledge details to all investors;
- Hit goal, hit goal, hit goal;
- Prepare a detailed statement of cash flows based on pledge cards;
- Transfer the campaign database to your staff;
- Complete a comprehensive Campaign Summary Report; and
- Provide an exhaustive Investor Relations guide to keep all investors informed and ensure pledge payments in years two thru five arrive on-time and in-full.
