A "No" uttered from deepest conviction is better and greater than a "Yes" merely uttered to please, or what is worse, to avoid trouble.

Careers
Integrity Fundraising is growing and we need Project Directors. We manage eight- to 18-month capital campaigns for non-profit clients like chambers of commerce, community development organizations, economic development councils, Boy Scout Councils, YMCAs, and a variety of others. Our Project Directors do not consult and leave; we actively manage the day-to-day operations of each campaign. We also “make the ask” every time.
The ideal candidate is college-educated, professional, organized, mature, technically literate, motivated, energetic, persuasive, and intelligent. As our name implies, a personal commitment to integrity is essential; if this challenges you, consider another line of work. A flexible personality is a must; we interact with client staff, corporate CEOs and everyone in between. Strong interpersonal skills are great; impressive verbal and written communication skills are critical. If you struggle to write, please do not apply.
Leadership experience is a tremendous plus; you will manage a team of eight to 20 business and community volunteers over the course of a campaign. Keep them on track, and you will be successful.
We provide on-site campaign management, so travel is extensive. Client sites range from Seattle to Charlottesville, VA, from Cleveland to Atlanta.
At present, fundraising experience trumps most other characteristics. Specifically, we need Project Directors with at least five years experience in managing the day-to-day operations of campaigns ranging from $2 to $20 million. Did you make-the-ask in each of your past campaigns? If so, please apply. If not, please think twice before going forward.
Extra credit is given to Project Directors with experience managing multi-million campaigns for chambers of commerce, community development organizations, economic development councils, Boy Scout Councils, and YMCAs.
Because we don’t carry the significant overhead of our competitors, we offer impressive compensation packages to attract the best candidates. Our bonus structure is one of the most progressive in the industry.
We need your help to grow this company, and profit-sharing is a core belief of ours. The philosophy is simple: if you have skin in the game, you are more likely to see the big picture. That aligns your interests with our interests and, most importantly, our clients' interests.
Hiring is based on securing specific capital campaigns. We might win our next project tomorrow; we might win it next month. Regardless, we will keep you informed along the way.
Interested? Please e-mail your resume, cover letter and salary requirements to careers@integrityfundraising.net.
